What exactly is a credit?
1 credit unlocks 1 contact: their verified work email and LinkedIn. Once unlocked, a contact stays visible to you forever — you're never charged twice for the same person.
What happens if an email bounces?
Report it from your unlocked contacts page with the bounce message. Once approved, you get the credit back and the contact is removed from the directory so nobody else wastes a credit on it.
Is this a spam tool?
No. ReachSWE never sends email on your behalf on the Free or Professional plans — you write your own outreach. Our acceptable-use policy prohibits bulk or automated email from unlocked contacts.
How are emails verified?
Every contact carries a verification badge — verified, unverified, or bounced — so you can see the confidence level before spending a credit. Bounce reports from other students feed back into these statuses.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, from the billing portal in your account settings. You keep any unspent credits after cancelling — we don't claw them back.
Do free credits expire?
No. You get 1 credit at signup, 1 free credit daily for the first 7 days, then 1 more every week on the free plan. They accumulate until you spend them.
