Refund Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, credits, and bounce-related replacements work for ReachSWE. By purchasing a subscription, one-time service, or using credits on ReachSWE, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscriptions

ReachSWE may offer paid subscription plans, including Professional and Ultra. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled through your account billing portal or another supported cancellation method.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless required by law or approved by ReachSWE, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

If you cancel, you may continue using any remaining credits already in your account, unless your account is deleted, suspended, restricted, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Subscription renewals

Subscription charges are billed in advance for the applicable billing period. We generally do not provide refunds or prorated refunds for unused time, unused credits, lack of use, missed opportunities, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the charge.

3. Plan changes

If you upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans through the billing portal, the billing adjustment will be handled according to the settings of our payment processor and the terms displayed at checkout or in the billing portal.

Changing plans does not guarantee a cash refund for previously paid amounts unless explicitly shown during checkout, required by law, or approved by ReachSWE.

4. Credits

Credits are used to unlock contacts or access eligible ReachSWE features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged, and may only be used inside ReachSWE.

Unused credits are not refundable for cash. We may issue, remove, adjust, or refund credits in accordance with our Terms of Service, Bounce Replacement Policy, and abuse-prevention rules.

5. Bounced or inaccurate contacts

If an email you unlock bounces or is materially inaccurate, you may submit a bounce report through ReachSWE. Approved bounce reports are refunded as ReachSWE credits, not as cash refunds.

Approval is not automatic. We may review the bounce report, supporting details, screenshot, contact history, and account activity before issuing a credit refund.

We may deny bounce-related refunds if the report is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, submitted too late, related to misuse, or not actually caused by an inaccurate contact.

6. Resume review purchases

Resume Review is a one-time purchase. If your resume review has not started yet, you may request a full refund.

Once a resume review is marked as "in review" or a reviewer has begun working on it, refunds are handled case by case. Once a review is completed, delivered, or made available for download, it is generally non-refundable.

Resume review feedback is subjective and does not guarantee interviews, referrals, job offers, admissions outcomes, or any specific career result.

7. Abuse, fraud, and policy violations

We may deny refunds, credit refunds, or future access to paid features if we believe an account has violated our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, anti-abuse rules, payment rules, or contact usage restrictions.

Examples include creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits, submitting false bounce reports, reselling contact information, scraping the Service, harassing recipients, or using ReachSWE for spam or unrelated commercial outreach.

8. Account deletion

If you delete your account, you may lose access to your credits, unlocked contacts, resume review status, uploaded files, billing history displayed inside the app, and other account data. Account deletion does not automatically create a refund.

If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it before deleting your account or contact us for help.

9. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at kavuri.suhas@gmail.com with the email address connected to your ReachSWE account, the purchase or charge you are asking about, and a short explanation of the issue.

For bounced contacts, use the bounce reporting flow inside ReachSWE when available. This helps us connect the report to the correct contact unlock and credit transaction.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of ReachSWE after the policy changes means you accept the updated policy.
