Subscriptions (Professional)
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period; any remaining credits stay usable until spent.
Resume review
If your resume review hasn't started yet, you can request a full refund. Once a reviewer has begun (status "in review"), refunds are handled case by case.
Bounced contacts
If an email you unlock bounces, see our Bounce Replacement Policy — approved reports are refunded as 1 credit, not a cash refund.
