Bounce Replacement Policy

We try to keep contact emails accurate, but people change jobs and email addresses. If an email you unlock bounces:

  1. Open the contact from your Unlocked Contacts page and click "Report bounced email."
  2. Describe what happened and optionally attach a screenshot of the bounce message.
  3. An admin reviews the report, usually within a few business days.
  4. If approved, you're refunded 1 credit and the contact is marked bounced so it isn't shown to other students.

Reports found to be inaccurate or submitted in bad faith may be rejected without a refund.
