These Terms govern your use of ReachSWE. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ReachSWE gives students access to email contacts for software engineering professionals, for the purpose of requesting referrals. Contacts are unlocked using credits, which are granted for free (at signup, daily for the first 7 days, and weekly after that) or as part of a paid subscription (Professional; Ultra is coming soon).
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use unlocked contact information only for legitimate referral outreach, and not for spam, harassment, or any unrelated commercial purpose. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
3. Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change plans at any time from your account's billing portal. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
4. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
